One of her greatest joys is inspiring others to reach their highest level of achievement. This is why she is so passionate about helping small businesses attract and retain the best talent. Her live series, “Conversations with Consultants”, highlights necessary resources that help life and work as a business owner easier - creating a work environment that promotes joy for the owner and their team.

 

Tiffany is in her happy place when at the spa, watching movies, or having tickle-fests with her two boys and husband. Having great conversations with other women about successes, failures, and life, in general, fill her cup. Overall, family and friends create the ultimate safe zone and happy place when she is not hard at work.

On a Personal Note

 

Tiffany’s parents were business owners themselves. She was also surrounded by strong entrepreneurial women from a young age. No doubt this led to her refining her craft and starting a consultancy of her own. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Dr. Slater was immersed in the importance of effective advocacy and social change that results in equality and equity for all citizens of the world. During her time off, you can find her dancing around her home while cooking or immersed in a great movie with her husband and two boys.

Larcia Hyrne

HR Consultant

Larcia L. Hyrne is a human resources professional with over 12 years of experience. She earned a Master's degree in Communications Management and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications. 

 

With experience in health care, hospitality, and animal welfare, Larcia has a broad base of progressive human resources experience. She has experience developing and executing policies and procedures, strategic planning, training and development, performance management, investigations, compliance, recruitment, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.  In addition, Larcia is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Society Human Resources Management of Greater St. Louis.

Audrey Harrison-Troupe

Assistant

Audrey Harrison-Troupe, MHRM, is a Human Resources Specialist at HR TailorMade. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree specializing in Business and Human Resources, Audrey is well equipped to handle each of our client’s needs. She can be found working on anything from auditing employee handbooks to interviewing candidates for clients. Her favorite task is researching what goes into each individual company’s handbook to make it truly unique and well thought out for our clients.

 

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Audrey recently started learning the art of urban gardening and is loving the time spent there. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends while walking and she enjoys shopping for plants to bring life to her home. Every once-in-a-while, you might even catch her in a pair of roller skates - and she’s good too!
 

Audrey brings integrity, dedication, enthusiasm, and a broad knowledge base to the HR TailorMade team. She does an incredible job building rapport and trust with the HR TailorMade client base by delivering what clients need in a timely manner and she looks forward to serving your business.

Catina Harris

HR Consultant

Catina Harris is an HR Professional with over 23 years of progressive experience and consistent success in HR employee relations, compliance issues, benefit plans, payroll, compensation, organizational development, FMLA, ADA, Immigration, development, and implementation of policies and procedures, training and development, HRIS and managing Human Resource programs, services, and functions. Catina was instrumental in creating and managing an Employee Service Center that serviced over 30,000+ employees.

 

Over the past two decades, Catina has held various operational, management, and leadership roles in healthcare. 

 

One of Catina’s happiest moments is riding her bike with her family and friends.  She loves how she becomes one with nature all while maintaining her health. She is dedicated to her family and enjoys spending quality time with them. Her faith is important to her, and she enjoys spending time at church.  

 

Catina has a BS degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She has also completed 39 hours of coursework in Workforce Education and Development with an emphasis on Human Resources. 

 

Catina brings dedication, loyalty, honesty, trustworthiness, and a love for helping people and organizations.  She is very attentive to the needs of others and is an advocate for the employee and leadership.  Her experience in Human Resources is a true asset.

Alice Moore

People Services Coordinator

Alice Moore began working for the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento in 1999.  She started her career there as a Courtroom Clerk, supporting the Judges, attorneys, other justice partners, and the public in the Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency units. Alice was determined to hold a position that would allow her to make a positive impact. Alice went on to work for the Superior Court, County of Placer as the Manager of the Family Law Unit prior to resigning from the Courts and relocating to Beaumont, Texas.

 

After spending 20+ years working for the Superior Court of California, Alice knows what it truly means to be supportive and to be there to handle the small details, allowing you to focus on the bigger tasks at hand.  She knows it’s how well you connect with the people you’re trying to help that allows you to successfully provide the support they need. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing many levels of customer service,  Alice quickly realized that time management was the key.  

 

She found being the Vice-President of a non-profit organization that organized an annual scholarship event focused on young ladies pursuing their dreams of going to college and being a part of the outreach ministry at her local church to be even more fulfilling.

Since moving to Beaumont, Alice has begun her community involvement by starting and organizing a monthly meet-up geared towards entrepreneurs and small business owners.

 

Today, Alice owns and operates Moore Business Services providing accountability and task management services that bring energy and focus to entrepreneurs with executing tasks.
